Dasaolu & Bolt attend Anniversary Games press conference

The fastest man in Britain, James Dasaolu, and fastest man of all-time, Usain Bolt, attended the Anniversary Games press conference this morning ahead of Friday’s Diamond League 100m race.

‘The big change for me has been moving to Steve Fudge in January of 2012. I am concentrating on working hard each day to run quicker.’ Said James, who is also competing in the British relay team on Saturday.

‘I felt like I belonged in the Diamond League race in Birmingham. I’ve kept healthy through my training and I am looking forward to competing in front of the home crowd.’

James also commented that British Athletics has a bright future ahead with some good performances in the U20s and U23s campaigns.

‘We are improving as a nation and we have some athletes coming through who are worthy of the big stage.’

James’ race takes place late Friday night at the Olympic Stadium in Stratford.
