James Dasaolu

Moscow preview…

James Dasaolu arrived in Moscow on Wednesday for the World Championships having spent his preparation time in Barcelona at the Great Britain holding camp.

James opens up his races on the opening day with the 100m heats getting underway at 5.15pm (UK time) on Saturday 10th August 2013.

Dasaolu goes into the competition as the fourth fastest athlete in the world behind Usain Bolt (9.85), Nesta Carter (9.87) and Justin Gatlin (9.89). Jimmy Vicaut, who won gold in the Indoor European Championships with the same time as James in Gothenburg, is fifth fastest with a time of 9.95.

The Croydon Harrier will be aiming to reach the final having achieved one of his aims this year which was to run sub-10.
